The cachaça: Morro Vermelho

Region: Minas Gerais – Brazil

Distilled: ca 2013 in copper pot stills

Bottled: ca 2014 at 42 abv

Matured for 12 months in jequitiba wood


Nose: sugarcane juice, sweets, roasted nuts and some fruity aromas.

Taste: Soft sweetness with woody influences. Vanilla. Powerful without being aggressive.

Finish: pleasant but rather short
